PRIME RUGS

Designed to Make Every Space Feel Complete

At PRIME RUGS, we believe the right rug does more than cover a floor. It brings warmth to a room, defines a space, softens an interior, and helps a home feel truly finished.

Based in Melbourne and serving customers across Australia, PRIME RUGS specialises in carefully selected rugs for homes, apartments, offices, rental properties, and thoughtfully designed commercial spaces. We work exclusively with Australian suppliers, allowing us to offer a more dependable buying experience built around quality, responsive service, and reliable domestic fulfilment.

Our approach is deliberately focused. Rather than trying to offer everything, we concentrate on rugs and floor coverings we believe deserve a place in well-considered interiors. Every product is selected with attention to design, practicality, material quality, and long-term value.

Our Mission & Values

Our mission is simple: to make choosing a quality rug feel easier, more personal, and more dependable.

Buying a rug can be a significant decision, particularly when you are investing in a larger piece that will shape the look and feel of an entire room. We want our customers to feel confident at every stage of that decision.

That means prioritising clear information, dependable products, knowledgeable support, and service that continues beyond checkout. We value quality over quantity, honest communication over sales pressure, and long-term customer relationships over one-off transactions.

We aim to be the kind of retailer we would feel comfortable buying from ourselves.

What We Specialise In

PRIME RUGS offers a curated range of rugs suited to a variety of interiors, lifestyles, and practical needs.

From statement pieces for living and dining areas to comfortable bedroom rugs, practical hallway runners, washable options, office rugs, and versatile designs for modern open-plan spaces, our range is selected to balance appearance with everyday usability.

We partner only with domestic Australian suppliers that meet our expectations for product quality, professional fulfilment, and dependable service. This allows us to offer products from trusted supply networks while maintaining the standards our customers expect from a premium retailer.

Every addition to the PRIME RUGS range is considered carefully. We look for strong construction, appealing materials, versatile styling, practical sizing, and designs that can elevate a space without compromising functionality.

A Better Customer Experience

Great service should make an important purchase feel straightforward.

Our customer service philosophy is centred around attentive, white-glove support. Whether you need help choosing a size, understanding materials, comparing styles, or deciding which rug will work best in your room, our team is here to provide practical guidance without unnecessary pressure.

We believe informed customers make better decisions, which is why we focus on education, clear communication, and fast responses.

From your first question through to delivery and beyond, our goal is to provide the level of care you would expect from a specialist retailer.

Reliable Delivery Across Australia

Because our products are sourced through Australian suppliers, orders can be fulfilled domestically without the uncertainty often associated with international supply chains.

Depending on the product and destination, orders are dispatched using trusted parcel carriers or professional freight services suited to larger and higher-value items. Tracking is provided where available, and appropriate delivery services are used to help ensure your order reaches you safely.

With dependable fulfilment partners, insured delivery options where applicable, and nationwide reach, PRIME RUGS is built to serve customers throughout Australia with confidence.
